whoa! peanuts...i thought, hey, my fridge is empty & i need dinner -and peanuts have lots of protein!
uh, yea, and a bumload of calories(NOW i know). crud. i knew they were high in fat...but somehow i didn't make the obvious connection to cals.
oh well, learn something new everyday.
tomorrow's weigh in day:)
