ACCOUNTABILITY:
Hard to believe but July begins tomorrow. Time to pick up my journey where I left off. One area I've been slacking off on is my food journal. It is so easy to pop in that extra bit of food at the end of the day when you do not have to account for it. So, July will be my month of accountability.
Also, it is time to finally bite the bullet and switch my stated plan from Atkins. It is not that I feel this WOE has failed me in any way, but since I am very eclectic by nature I need the freedom to discuss new research and different WOE's without feeling hypocritical.
I know being accountable will take me a long way.
