Day 1 -25hrs Fasted feeling great so far, walked a total of 7km(to Spar)...Will continue fasting. Oh and last night I did 30min of HIIT...Happy Sunday😃🙌🏻
159.0 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 13.9 lb a week
