today was hard.. .but I already made it this far...only 6 more days and I'll be halfway done!

You have already been a success. You even inspired me to realize that I need to go back to fasting when this 'lock down' is done to lose the 'true fat' that I have gained over the past months. Good Luck! 👍🏾

I was going to do some IF today. I ate 3 hours in. Lacking your determination these days. Good luck! Hope you keep off whatever you lose after sacrificing this much for it!

Thanks guys you're both so sweet! I was just laying around eating during this quarentine thing (I think most people are)....and gyms are closed..then I had this epiphany...I could come out of querentine chunkier OR I could use the absolute perfect time to try a fast (no parties, no invites to friends...no events to peer pressure me to eat) and be ready for my bathing suit when this is over and so far that was right!

@Sharons Victory - Now you have me seriously debating doing my normal 5 day 'no solid food fast' rather than breaking it up and eating on Wednesdays. I'll see how I feel Wednesday morning... The thing that keeps me from 'water fasting' right now is that I used running-every-day to 'compensate for the not eating'. That is 'problematic' at the time being...
