Week #2

Lbs lost this week: up .8 for the week, down .4 overall.

Inches lost: 1 inch waist and 1 inch hips (35.5 and 38.5)(the total from two measurements, example: waist/hips, chest/waist, round to the nearest 1/2 inch)

NET Carb counts:
Mon=18.6
Tues=21.2
Wed=17.4
Thurs=20.13
Fri=12.64
Sat=18.9
Sun=22.3 (planned) I'll update if we change what we plan on eating.

Weekly challenge accomplishments: Reviewed 2 recipes..had a tough week but I think the peaches were the culprit so I'm back to losing...not much, but it's still losing! Plus I didn't think I lost any inches but I measured three times and it shows I did..whoo hooo!!!

Great job! I still need to do my measurements....maybe today. I can't believe you are so close to seeing a 3 again in the middle of your weight! I haven't seen that in 12 years!

WOOT! You lost inches! That is the very reason I had everyone measure because sometimes on this diet you lose FAT but not WEIGHT. And that is a good thing! It means lean muscle mass and that means increased metabolism! Congrats on getting slimmer! and healthier. Plus you learned something about how you react to food. You should be very proud of your accomplishments! We are!

Thanks all! I am regenerated by this for sure! I feel like I've won a tiny battle that I didn't even know I was fighting. I'm totally amped up to continue and to get better everyday...I even was getting pissy at work because I thought I wasn't going to get a chance to take a walk...but I did...so now i'm not so pissy. :-)
