I know the five stages are denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. I see this as a three stage process. I've done denial and acceptance, but am moving towards anger. 😠

Great realization! Makes me realize that those "5 stages" could apply to many unwanted life changes. They can even apply to when you realize you cannot ever eat uninhibitedly without gaining weight.
