Today is the ongoing 3rd day where I have been good on my eating healthy round.... Even after all the temptation yesterday...
Temptations i resisted:
Venti Caramel macchiatto with extra caramel
Buffet at work with fried chicken, shrimp pasta, cheese filled
jalapenos, brownies, pies, bags and pags of potatoe chips (all
kinds) and soft drinks, orange cream smoothie....
I figured i avoided over 2000 calories...
Im so proud of myself!
Tonight will be had because my honey is home, so I have to cook for him, I will eat half of what I usually eat when Im with him. He is such a bad influence....Wish me luck and determination!
