Woke at 221.6, up .6 after an eating day. Not too bad. Stayed pretty much on my calorie goal. Fasting today. Started with HIIT spinning, water, and coffee. UPDATE: Got down to 220.6 by the end of the day. I hosted on online happy hour so I cheated a bit on my fasting day and drank some spirits.
