Up just a tic today, nothing big...183.8. We had lunch out yesterday, and I opted for a hamburger on wheat bun w/sweet potato fries. Also had a dinner roll beforehand, as I was starving. Didn't have a morning snack, or afternoon snack. Probably was under 1800 calories for the day, which is a couple hundred over my ceiling, but not concerned about going over by that little margin every once in a while. Most days I fall in at around 1400, well under. Determined to be under 180 lbs by my birthday in late October.


Diet Calendar Entry for 27 September 2010:
1400 kcal Fat: 46.13g | Prot: 67.96g | Carb: 181.09g.   Breakfast: milk 1%, quaker oats, splenda, olive oil margarine, cinnamon, gala apple, coffee, bottled water. Lunch: apple, kraft lite mayo, roasted chicken breast, sara lee lite bread, lettuce, tomato. Dinner: no sugar added ragu, thousand island lite, iceberg lettuce, grapes. Snacks/Other: reduced fat sliced cheese, multigrain crackers, sugar free coconut candy, light popcorn, lite yogurt. more...
