Ini mah... Kentang 1 (aku 170 gram) dan sosis Champ 1, direbus bareng +garam secukupnya, abis itu tambah mayo (aku 15 gram) dan telur rebus... That's it 😁👌

kak aku mau tanyak aku pernah baca komenan kakak kalok mau defisit harus makan di atas bmr di bawah tdee
nah bmr aku 1374
tdee nya aku 1889
jadi apa bagus kalok aku makan di 1400 kak ?
atau harus gimana ?

Didihkan air dulu, baru masukkan telur, setelah itu 5-6 menit 👌Kalau mau kurang atau lebih, bisa trial and error ditambah semenit semenit 😁🥚 Di bawah 5 menit putihnya kadang engga set
