Top picture is mac n cheese with ham I made for hubby, bottom picture is mine. Cauliflower, barley, ham, and 1 tablespoon cheese sauce. I added alittle chicken stock to mine as well. Needless to say, mine had way less calories than my husbands.

Looks yummy❣️ I watched a youtube video about a man who can only eat velveeta macncheese shells. I bought a carton soon after... not sure how to make it healthier but pairing it with cauliflower looks appetizing❣️😋😋😋
