Wow OMG! I have made it almost a week on my diet. I am still trying to tweak it so that I can get down to the recommended carbs. I know I have still have a lot to learn about how much I should be eating and how much protein I should be taking in each day. I have been doing a lot of research and reading on it and today I have re-worked my diet menu to have better control of the amount of protein I am taking in. I feel so good about myself though, I know I am going to make it through the tough times *smiles*

It does take awhile to get in the swing of things. My biggest challenge is not eating too much cheese! Its so yummy! You are doing great!
