I've gotten away from tracking my food and activity, and I've been doing poorly on keeping my carbs, especially sugar and starches, under control. I have also not been active. I don't like how my clothes are fitting, so I am trying to get focused again. I need to get on the scale but have been afraid to! I guess tomorrow is the day to face that fear.
