Wooooo Hoooooo!!!!! Down 8 lbs in 9 days!!! Yeah baby!!! Feeling great...even better now that I weighed myself!!! It helps tremendously to journal the food intake. I need to get busy on the exercise though!!! That's my downfall!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow, great job. I don't want to be a "buzz buster" but be careful losing weight too quickly. Eating healthy I hope. Do you go to WW meetings? Keep up the hard work.
