Today’s post…. Saying the course… not weighing till Monday…. Back at water aerobics…. Carb count has been good…. Anxious to see what the scale will say… trying to convince myself it will be ok if it h/n moved downward…. Wondering what changes I will need to make if it hasn’t… but hoping it has! ;0)
