Fridays is not in the carb counter. It's also not in this food stuff.
i had the cobb salad with no avacado, tomatoes, olives, or blue cheese. So it was lettuce, bacon, cheddar cheese, and chicken with italian dressing.

Hope that doesn't screw me up.

Going to my cousins I have to bring something I can eat. Not sure what to bring. I think I will do a veggie platter. Not sure.... we will see.
