bought a new Scale that shows how much of the weight is FAT Weight and how much of that would be Water Percentages % This moring Weight is 162, 44 LBS is Water Weight which equals 40%
162.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
