Day 2 of my shake diet yesterday went well I struggled a little bit but did not give in to myself. So proud of that I am having my shake this morning did 30 minutes of exercise and my sugar was down a bit at 13.4 going to take a bit for my sugar to get on board. Thanks for the support everyone 😁
277.6 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 123.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
