Well I started to jog now and I'm up to 2 miles. But my legs hurt and hubby said i need to do something different in order for my legs to stop hurting. So I'm going to do some strength training tonight. I've done it and I don't mind it. But I'm noticing that my clothes look different now even if I haven't lost much. I'm setting myself a goal of losing 5 lbs by the end of the month. I'm going to be realistic here. I'm taking in a bit more calories but noticing that I am losing a little bit more.

Good job. I alternate aerobics with toning. It gives muscles a chance to recover, and also works different ones. The strength training can help your arms and shoulders that the jogging won't affect.
