Found out today that my "spring" scale was displaying 10 lbs lower than it should. Now I feel like I'm starting over, when I thought I was doing really well. Drat! I now have a new digital scale.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
