Lunch: 12" Ham Wheat Sub - Subway Lettuce Tomatoes Black Olives Honey Mustard - 680 cal (Way more cal. than I expected!) Dt. Coke - 0 Cal
Better keep it to a 6" with no chips next time - YIKES! Thought I was making a good choice. Well I have already eaten 1030 calories today. Guess I better go home and have a lean cuisine and an apple for dinner.
