Getting a little down - working hard, making slow weight progress, but no visual progress. I know, patience. But patience is definitely not one of my virtues. I want to see changes NOW.

On the plus side, I'm starting week 5 of the C25K program now. That's really quite an accomplishment for me. It's been, well, years since I've stuck with an exercise routine like this. For the most part, I stick with the 3 times a week for the program, but I've started adding in a little time on the treadmill on my off days. Not much. I really want to be careful that I don't mess myself up by trying to change my routine too much at one time. Small change until I have a new routine. Repeat.

You are doing fabulous! My weight loss has slowed down as well and it is frustrating but I keep saying to keep on the keeping on and it will catch up. I look at the overall picture of where I was when I began this journey seven weeks ago. So keep it up, make sure you are drinking your water and think of how much healthier you are now!

You are doing great! C25k is a REAL challenge. Since I've been doing it, I've upped my calories by about 200 and I'm loosing more. Maybe you can try that! Thankyou for starting C25k. It's made me do something I never dreamed I could do!

Thanks ladies! I'm feeling better today . . . just did W5D2 - I certainly couldn't have done that 5 weeks ago!
