So Yesterday I was jammin' with a nice little deficit going into the evening. Alas, I am a creature of the night and stayed up late watching the TIVO'd basketball game. Killed my good day with some late night snacking...probably the single most important factor in slow to no loss for me. If I simply went to bed earlier I would knock out 4-500 calories a day I bet.
Well, Practice, not perfection! I am back down to my pre vacay weight though, so that's good.

Speaking of jamming - losing weight is like playing bass, Mike. Stay in the groove at all times. Don't over do it, just do what's needed. This is when you perform at your peak. :) From one bass player to another - you rock.

Oh - that late night snacking is one of the things that gets me into trouble too. BTW - Nice weight loss!
