There is no exercise on the list for push mowing, so I used walking. Hubby mows his grandmas yard and there is a huge hill in the front that makes riding it tricky so I offered to push mow it. Yikes! What a workout!! My butt and legs are sore today, but in a good way.

I'm halfway through the body cleanse powder the acupuncturist gave me. Hopefully less as I've been loading them up because it is horrific to drink. However I am much more regular and the constant bloated puffy blah feeling has reduced significantly. My stomach doesn't look pregnant anymore (still a bit flabby, but not round yay!) I took meaurements of my midsection yesterday to see if the difference I could see and feel was measurable. I measured waist, belly button and lower ab, waist and belly button are the same, but I've lost 2 inches off my lower ab. I was amazed. I find I am craving more healthy foods. I wonder if that is the herbs, the changes in my body or mentality. Whatever it is I'll take it!!

Hope everyone's Wednesday is great!

Have you tried over the counter fiber supplements? I've used a powder before and it didn't taste like anything so I could add it to whatever or just drink it in water. If you haven't tried one of those maybe that would be an option for you, and it's probably cheaper. Good for you on the mowing! That is definitely a workout!

Thx! Got a short walk in at lunch too! I'll look at the over the counter supplements too!

Awesome news! and good job on cutting the grass. Whenever I push mower my parents lawn, I put down as yard work. See if walking vs yard work is similar in the calories burned for you. Great job at getting a walk in at lunch too!
