KatiaSSSS, the vegetables are roasted in the oven with a little olive oil, coarse salt, tarragon, oregano.
I boil the potato before passing it through the oven

🙈🙈☺️...no in that dish there is nothing spicy and I like Tabasco sauce, but I never use it, I only eat chiles (habaneros,rocoto,jalapeños etc)🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
