I've discovered a secret to weight loss: sleeping regularly. I've been sleeping maybe four hours every other night, and basically napping on the other nights. For the last few days I've had an actual "normal person" sleep cycle.

Ooops, messed up. Should be 289.6, not 286.6. Let's try this again!

I have read that bad sleep patterns can cause weight gain, I believe it. For years I have had sleep problems, tossing and turning, waking up and dozeing off, for the last couple of weeks i have been able to get in a full 7 hours, I wake up once, pop a sleeping pill and go back to sleep. I may not even need the sleeping pill, but based on past experience, I would rather take it and get sleep, then not and wake up again
