today l am on a very serious mission to lose this weight l have gained 20 lbs during this virus outbreak today l want to just fast while still eating something l am at 398 calories so far and they say l can have up to 2400 on my other thing from years ago they allowed me 1200 to 1600 so wow praying this works this time not going to lie about it l had lots of no no foods chips candy pop lots of bread which l am craving for now lol

I crave comfort food in times like these too. Im just trying to take it day by day and give myself a little grace when I slip up. You can do this. Although I would recommend finding out the exact calorie intake your body requires, and record everything you eat, even the “no, no foods”. Staying under that number will be the key to your success.
