Food for thought: There is food and then there are "foodlike" substances. Real food comes from nature...plants, seeds, roots, grains, and some animals. Foodlike substances comes from factories that uses various combinations of chemicals to make a substance taste like real food. Today I was looking at a can of Ginger Ale soda and guess what? Nowhere on the ingredients listed the plant ginger! But it listed over a dozen various chemicals & preservatives (chemicals too), which combined correctly, will mimick the flavor ginger. Our bodies are not designed for chemicals but for real food! Ever hear of anyone getting diabetes or high blood pressure from fruits & veggies?

Well, if your really interested in having some Ginger Ale, I remember a comercial for one of those types of drinks, specifically saying it had ginger in it. Or maybe it was Sprite with real lemons or limes in it (whichever is suposed to be in there) I don't really remember I guess! LOL But anyway, your right. I wonder how much money they are saving puting in stuff like that, rather than whats really suposed to be in there....
