The BOTH kids joined me for my walk today. It was nice. Robbie rode his skateboard and Cecile walked with me. We chit chatted about nothing and had a good time!!!
It really hurt my lower back today. Maybe because I wore Tennie shoes. I have been wearing flip flops to just stroll along. I think walking with my daughter, we might have pushed me a little much. she walks faster than I do.
Tomorrow I will try my walking tennies. If they still fit.
