Well I am back on track today and I'm being very strict about what I'm eating. I'm limiting my cheese to either one slice and using a small amount of the Parmesan cheese in the can to add some flavor to my burgers and eggs in the morning.
Just gotta remember that life isn't about food, it's about everything else :)
