So I got in my running walking routine today. 60 sec jogging and 90 seconds walking for 20 minutes with a 5 minute warm up and cool down for a total of 30 mintues!

I then did 70 crunches!! I did 25 regular, 25 reverse, and 20 on the side....I plan on doing 30 more when I get home to do a total of 100 for the day. I am doing the 100 crunch a day challenge!

I feel so good right now, it really feels so good to exercise in the morning! It gives you a lot of energy for your day!

*update*
I finished the last of my hundred crunches! My abs will be sore tomorrow!!!

Awesome job on the exercise! Woo hoo for you! I feel the same way, it puts you in a great mood for the rest of the day. I haven't exercised in the morning in a long time but, I know what you mean.

I'm doing the 100 crunch challenge as well!! It's not as easy as people think, LOL. You can really feel the burn when you get on up there!! Great job on the exercise!! Keep it up!!! =)

I'm doing my first 100 crunches tonight. The boyfriend said I can't have my beer until they are done....probably be able to whip them out pretty dang fast with him dangling my beer in front of my face! I'm also doing the walking challenge. Wandered a little over 2 miles today at lunch....felt pretty good! Keep it up. I just love this site, everytime I see people's journals and comments I get so much more motivated!

I'm so proud of you!! It's hard getting there, actually putting out the effort to put on your workout gear and lace up your shoes, but once you get there it feels so good! It totally makes a better day. Just keep it up! You're doing great! And you have tons of people here to support you and keep you smiling:D

Great work! I'd love tostart a running routine, but right now I don't know if my knees could take it (maybe a couple months from now)--You're doing great though.
