Plenty of cardio exercises and body weight workouts to be done at hom. If youhave space to swing your arms you have space for full workouts. I G cramped an old oar bar to the doorway for pullups and hangs too. Explosive exercises like star jumps, burpees, resistance and tendon building exercises like deep ass to grass squats and regular squats and calf raises, positive and negative on the floor and from a step are all wonderful things to do, build and train yourself. If you want to lift weights there are heavy things all over the place at home... and a litre of water weighs a kilo so you can fill vessels and know what you are lifting. Loads and lods of things to do and keep motivated and get fitter, healthier and then more motivated Who needs a gym?! Nobody.
