I've walked for the past couple days and now I'm wondering if I should give my body a break and not walk. Part of me says it'd be a good idea to just rest the musckles. The other part of me is screaming don't break the routine, don't lose momentum. I'm supposed to go again on Thursday. My friend and I walked around the resevoir near our houses. It's 1.6 miles to walk around it. Ho hum, what to do?

If it is just walking I would stick with it. One of the best exercises you can do and usually low impact unless you are hiking, not walking. If you were doing strength stuff with weights then a day of rest would probably be a good thing

I say go for the walk if you are feeling good - if you're achy or sore, then take a day off.

Yeah due to traffic and having to go to my parent's house for family dinner I actually didn't have the time
