-long weekend camp with church fellowship; most meals induction-friendly, only trouble was drinking enough water & finding green vegies. -was given a small box of very pricey Belgian choc's by keynote speaker -- quickly & privately passed them to a sister so I wouldn't be tempted back home. Nowhere close to daily RDI but as close as could get to % net carbs, fats, etc. Otherwise held firmly to Atkins induction.
