I am really excited!

I am already in my "lose weight" mood and I can't wait to shed the pounds. I already started "practicing" by doing 100 crunches and following the push up challenge this weekend. It felt great! I think that what I like the most is the fact that I can just drop and do 10 push ups at any time and do crunches even when I am watching TV!

For my "Little Black Dress" challenge, I plan to do some elliptical training, Pilates and weight lifting this week. Combining that with healthy eating I'll definitely lose those 3 pounds! I can't wait!!!
