I think I need to change to calorie count as I cannot figure out the WW points.

Ok yesterday and today I have cycled my exercise bicycle for 30 mins each day which is 12.5 km, I have to say I find exercise really hard but I am determined to do 30 mins per day listening to music to help loose this horrible weight.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
