Today is hard....I want to eat everything!! I also need to exercise today to stay on track for my goal of 3x a week....and I really dont want to do that....ahhh I hate these days

I know!! We all have them!! Just make yourself do it and you will feel like you climbed a mountain afterwards!!! You'll feel so accomplished!

Remember that even if it's only 20 minutes of walking, it still counts as being active. And getting started is the hardest part...once you get started you'll be fine!

I have these days too, I usually make it a mall day. We have 4 major malls in my city and I'll go to each one and walk around anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. Exercise doesn't feel like exercise when you're doing something you enjoy. Also doesn't hurt to buy yourself something, positive reinforcement for taking care of your health.
