Ok, the kids are back to school and time has come to get myself going. I have been lazy this summer and the only one to blame is myself. So, starting today I am going to think about myself first and the kids will have to deal with what I am making and like it. I always seem to buy things they enjoy and I really shouldn't be eating. So here is to weight loss!!!
