Vegas4866's Journal, 13 June 2013

I am feeling so good. I love seeing the weight fall off of me too. All of the changes I have made are really paying off and none of them have been overly drastic. I don't limit what i can or cannot eat, I just watch my portions and make an effort to exercise every day. Last night I went for a walk after I ate dinner and ended up going to bed starving. But DH the wonderful man that he is said "you want to eat, but should you?" and of course the answer was no. So I went to sleep and woke up feeling wonderful this morning! So glad I didn't give in to the cravings.

*Milestone I cannot wait to achieve*: The day my thighs don't touch when I walk. I will probably have a little party for myself when it finally happens!

That is so good of you. You are doing amazingly well I am so proud and happy for you. We had a spinach salad similar to the one you and I had for lunch yesterday. It was to late yesterday for any walk or exercise for me once I got dinner finished, Tootz and the plants taken care of at Aunt Cheryl's. I am doing yogo today so that will count. I can not find it on the list of exercises though. Hope you have a wonderful day. Like you I will be very happy when my thighs no longer touch each other when I walk.

I was looking at the list of exercise options F.S. has and I would probably use Pilates in place of Yoga, or you could probably search Google to find out how many calories yoga burns per hour on average and use the "Other" feature to enter it yourself :)
