Any encouraging words would be helpful. Uggh, I get frusterated when I dont see results I am hoping for. Prior to this week, i was walking for 30-45 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. This week I upped it to 60 minutes of walking plus push-ups and some crunches. I have not missed a day in over a week, I stayed within my points (up until yesterday) and still since Aug 31st I have only fluctuated from 194 up to 195 and right back to 194.8 today. I know I really should probably just stay off of the scale - except for once a week. I am addicted to stepping on it - I practically obsess over it. I remember worrying last night that I would get on the scale this morning and not see a change. I allowed my thoughts to overcome me and next thing I know its 10:00 at night and I am eating practically an entire meal, not out of hunger but out of emotion - which pushed me way over my points. Of course I'm going to gain weight if I do that. Now I'm feeling like I dont even want to exercise today. But I will - its nonsense I know. I really need to shake these negative thoughts and quit sabotaging myself.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually if you do more exercise... sometimes you do need a little more food. I've found in the past that my weight can stay the same for quite a few days... but then will suddenly drop down. Do you eat the same number of points each day more or less? I know I found when I did that my body just got used to it and was then trying to hang on to weight. So if you don't see a change shortly, but know that you have been eating ok... then maybe try fool your body by varying the points you eat a day, so your body isn't quite sure how many it's going to get. I'm addicted to scale hopping too and weigh myself at least once a day... but now ignore those daily fluctuations. You're doing great those, so don't let those odd slip-ups deter you! ;o)
