Dropped 6lbs. Ready to join a new community. Since I've been incorporating the Alternate Day Diet with Atkins and both work well for me I'm moving officially as of today to the 5:2 Diet Community. There I can follow both plans since the main thing is to fast 500 calories or less for atleast 2 days a week. I fast atleast 3. I feel really good so far. My goal this time is to reach my goal of 140lbs by September 1,2013. I'm going to set up a reward system for myself.
