It's my Birthday, today, and though I won't go crazy with it, I won't be eating on plan today. I'll have a bbq dinner, from Famous Dave's BBQ restaurant, that's waiting to be reheated, from yesterday, a piece of German Chocolate cake, a serving of vanilla icecream and salted caramel gelato, to top off my day. Breakfast and lunch, will be low carb, but dinner will be the splurge. :-)
