Another 1/2 lb, WOOT WOOT!!! Finally I seem willing to do whatever it takes to lose this weight. Last week when I finally registered a 1/2 lb loss, FatSecret told me at this rate it would take me 15 months to reach my goal weight, UGH! One benefit of being quarantined is, not only am I not eating out (and therefore not able to cheat), but I can literally weigh & measure everything I'm eating. Getting a much more accurate calorie count this way. Plus I'm still running (or walking) on my treadmill 3-5 days a week & doing some toning exercises with 8 or 12 lb dumbells twice weekly. So now I'm officially 8 lbs from goal weight, YESSS!!! I'll be running out to Sam's Club in a few minutes to pick up more protein shakes, apples, blueberries & possibly some yogurt. But NO PIZZA! Yesterday I picked up some fresh carrots & zucchini at WalMart, but I confess I had a weak moment & bought some mini chocolate croissants. Fortunately, they're not very good, so I'll have no problem tossing the rest. Fight stress-snacking with healthy food!
