Im seriously exhausted. Let me run through my list: Am drinking enough water? Yes. Am I taking in enough salt? Yes. Am I taking a MultiVit? NO. It seems..I can no longer tolerate multivits. I throw them right back up. Maybe Ill sneak in a Flintstone Vit.

Im not AS miserable as yesterday, but I want to stop Atkins in the worst way. Im irritable. I had some major cravings and hunger yesterday night. I resisted, but for some weird reason, Im up to 127.2 this morning. Im up a pound! What is going on with me???
ON second thought, maybe I am as miserable as yesterday.

Sorry IM not in a cheering mood. I hope all of you are better than I today.

You know that there is a carb withdrawl period, Shannon. You'll feel better once you get past it. By next week you'll have to remind yourself to eat. Hang in there. I've been through the "induction flu" before and it isn't fun.

Everything Sara said is true. I'm on my third day today and it will be my worst. I'm already not feeling great. The third and fourth days are usually the worst for me, and then I start feeling better. Stick with it. You will be amazed. As far as the multivitamin is concerned, take Flintstones! BA recommended them to me a few months ago because I had the same problem. I am also looking into a liquid multivitamin that I saw on an Oprah rerun. I'll message you if I find out anything good about it. Be patient with yourself.

This is my 6th day...im beyond flu induction and am miserable with atkins. I am so irritable and miserable. Thanks for listening. I was clear into ketosis over 3 days ago btw. SOOOOOOOO....I ate a PBJ. That was 4 hours ago. The fog lifted, and I cleaned 3 rooms top to bottom. I guess it wasnt the vitamins I needed. It was the carbs. Now I wont get points for my team today. Sorry about that stunningly smart and sexy sapphires! But..on the brighter side, I can clearly perform my duties recovering patients tonight. I havent worked in 2.5 weeks!

You feeling good is the main thing. If eating a few carbs made you feel better, so be it. Don't beat yourself up about that. Everybody has those days where you're just not yourself and you feel irritable and touchy...you'll get past that quickly...I'm sure of it!!
