Still a pretty good day today, although I feel like my volume of food may have been too high, I guess tomorrow will tell. Got in some exercise this evening, a little over an hour, so hopefully that will help. I'm very nervous about tomorrow, I have one of those twelve hour work days, on the road between offices, and presenting to a group where there will be guarenteed to be a "snack" table (translate bagels, donuts, ect) So.... We love challenges right?!
