been working a lot, long shifts and very busy. cant say I've been eating too healthy the past 2 days but I'm defo gonna change that for the rest of the week. especially today because I wont be leaving the house.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
