I had allowed my sugar addiction to interfere with my diet plan and actually gained 9 pounds. Now I’m back staying away from added sugar and processed food as much as possible and the pounds are slowly reducing. This is definitely a long, long battle and for me, slips are not allowable as they lead to bingeing.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
