Ended the week on a positive note. Beginning to realize how much preparation I need to have in order to be successful. This week was a trial run to see what I like, how much I need and what keeps me going. I learned that green tea is my friend. I can survive off one coffee now (headaches are gone), plenty of fruit and carrots as snacks fight off those hunger spells at work and I need to stay off all freely available food and snacks at work. They are no good!
