swings goblet squats (i add push press at the bottom of the squat) turkish get-up (this move as well as burpees, are very effective ones, in my opinion) strict press (aka shoulder press - i will combine this with the clean) clean (add press) pull-ups swiss ball hamstring curls ab roller swiss ball mountain climber hanging leg lifts one leg stand with suitcase carry bent over kb rows kb side bends
2x10 for 4 of 6 of these kb exercises.
skipping the final one (kb snatch) - safer for all to perform the 5th one, kb clean and move to press. and combining the strict press with the clean for clean and press - had to add a lot more to the workout to get to 30 minutes.
additionally, i don't have the appropriate weight (25lb) kb to work through the move with good form. have higher weights that make it a little clumsy and frankly, kettle bell workouts require some additional thought and safety. you could hurt yourself in the shoulder joints, etc. when trying to swing through a move.
Be safe. Lots of memes out there with quotes and sayings - one of the faves i see, and it applies to everything in life is:
"You can't calm the storm. All you can do is calm yourself. The storm will pass"
