I have been up and down for the last week. The highest I got was 141. Back at the gym this week. Will try to backtrack and fill in some of my meals.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
